| Before the Legacy at Lowry began using
our marketing materials, the Denver retirement community typically received
20 to 50 inquiries per month. Vacancies were a persistent problem.
We wrote print advertisements and two brochures – one for consumers
and one for referral sources. After these materials were put into use,
monthly inquires soared to 115. The increased calls led to more tours
of the facility, which directly resulted in filling approximately 10 units
in a six-month span – much higher than usual. |
